Wire‐Tech offers a full range of manufacturing from solid modeling with NX (Unigraphics) through final DCC CMM inspection and laser marking of finished product.

In addition to NX software for modeling, design and manufacturing, our CNC department programs with MasterCam and our wire EDM department utilizes OptiCam. Our inspection department employs Apogee for CMM programming. Wire Tech will import / export any file format, including solid models, and use that engineering file for complete manufacturing and inspection to assure your part meets your exact specifications.

System 3R Tooling is the foundation in our CNC milling, conventional and wire EDM operations. Wire‐ Tech designs and machines electrodes mounted on 3R macros to ensure a precise interface between milling, grinding and EDM equipment. In addition to 3R we have Meca Tooling in wire EDM as well as custom designed tooling to meet the specific requirements of your project.
